Brilla Star Medical Group is a physician-led medical group serving the Inland Empire of California. We bring together compassionate, personal, and experienced physicians to care for families across the region. Our guiding promise is simple: the experience you need, and the care you deserve.

We exist for patients who want a true medical home—a primary care physician who knows them, coordinates their care, and is there through every season of life. Our primary care physicians practice in both Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, treating illness, providing preventative screenings, conducting annual exams, and coordinating seamless referrals to specialists when needed.

Beyond the clinic, Brilla Star connects patients to a full constellation of care: urgent care for non-emergency needs, hospital and emergency guidance, and a network of ancillary services including Laboratory, Radiology, Audiology, Durable Medical Equipment, Physical and Occupational Therapy, and Prosthetics. Through trusted partner facilities across Corona, Riverside, and the surrounding Inland Empire, we help patients access the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
